WHO WE ARE

At present, we are a multiracial, multicultural team of three.

Paula Santa-Rita, Managing Director

The founding and senior partner is a Euro-African born and raised in Mozambique with a wide experience of life and work in various parts of the world. Professional expertise includes liaison officer, democratization issues and development consultant, micro eco-tourism businesses.

Adriano Ernesto Cossa
 

Born and raised in Gaza (Mozambique province). Living in the capital city Maputo for most of his adult years. Was in the army for a few years then on leaving the army became a civil servant where he has received training as a topographical technician.

Alda Ferreira Júlio

Portuguese national, with previous professional experience  as administrative manager in a company dealing with road haulage, agriculture and egg exports, subsequently studied law at the Catholic University in Oporto, with civil and criminal court experience in Northern Portugal.

Although we are new as business partners we have all known each other for well over 10 years and have had time to cement the bonds between us.
