OUR MISSION

• To offer our experience, competence and “know how” as service providers to save you the headaches of bureaucratic labyrinths and other hassles along the way.

• To seek financial investment or business partners for our eco-tourism project;

• To ask donors´s contributions for our non-profit social, environmental, local development pursuits.

We offer professional services in various fields including

• property management;

• land and real estate;

• help with residence visas for foreign residents;

• translation and interpreting in English, Portuguese, Changane and other Mozambican regional dialects;

• Legal consultancy work;

• Drafting of legal contracts and agreements;

• company registration and pre setting up assistance procedures;

• liaison work with private companies and with local authorities and government bodies;

• conference/workshop and film location/pre-work organizing;

• research assistance as well as organizing focus groups throughout Mozambique.

We also offer assistance in land acquisition issues – land is not private in Mozambique so you cant buy it but you may get a 50 year concession with full ownership of any infrastructures built on it and this is acquired through a long and complicated process (which we can help facilitate and speed up).

As social entrepreneurs we also aim to set up a non-profit advice and training office in a rural area (district of Matutuine – village of ZITUNDO) with an awareness and information program re: local lakes, nature and the surrounding biodiversity, tourism and other business activities in the context of nature conservation, citizens advice / legal aid center – rights and democracy in everyday life – civil rights advice – individual follow up support work, and relevant health issues particularly prevention awareness (malaria, aids, etc.)

We also hope to assist local women in maintaining their agricultural traditions while assimilating useful improvements which can turn it into an income generating activity.
